AWendy's employee in Arizona was charged with second-degree murder after the customer he punched succumbed to his injuries. The victim, a 67-year-old man, was attacked by Antoine Kendrick after he allegedly complained about his meal order.

The attacker is thirty five years old. Not fifteen or even twenty five.
I think I noticed something I haven’t heard anyone else mention. If you look closely at the full video, it shows him palming an object from one hand to the other after the hit.
I believe he had a hard metal object inside his fist to increase the force of the hit. I think he might have also hit his temple. Perhaps the metal object was just a roll of dimes, but still could make a big difference.
Hopefully he’ll meet Him in person soon.
Meanwhile whites, with far less of a criminal record, are getting the book thrown at them and receiving lots of time.

From observation, the reason a DA will go for a lower charge is because it’s more guaranteed of a conviction. You have less to prove. The DA doesn’t have to prove intent, because intent is irrelevant in the case that he wants to prove. He’s removed the ability of the defense to use the being a called a n*gga as a reason for reacting to the point of killing a man.
It still means a 20-25 year sentence, which the perp probably won’t finish seeing anyway.
I’m a big fan of the idea that criminal scum should receive the exact same thing they did to their victims. This scum should be propped up in a box and beaten in the head until he dies.
