I remember seeing this myself - someone pulling down their mask to cough.
Literally the one thing the mask could do - reducing the spraying of droplets - when you cough or sneeze. And they take their masks off to do it.

I cough (or sneeze) into a tissue or my hand and then immediately wash or sanitize my hands.
I saw some guy do this the other day. He pulled his mask down, coughed directly into his hand, then pulled his mask back up.
