Looks like the DOJ has now thrown transparency out the window. after it said it would be transparent.

The affidavit is EVERYTHING.
What crime they accuse him of committing. The evidence they hope to find.
At this point, under FOIA rules, his lawyers have the right to request any files pertaining to any criminal investigation pertaining to the man. If there is none, then no warrant shall be issued.
Maybe they have it all. I’m thinking this is another example of the Keystone Cops that run the FBI and their willing servants.

Stasi is as stasi does.
I’ve heard stories that after WWII, the US hired nazi scientists to pick up on handy folks to work for us.
So, when the Berlin wall fell, how many then unemployed stasi agents were recruited into the fbi?

Does anyone have an idea as to how you can force the DOJ into court to defend themselves, and even reverse the illegal search and seizure that happened?
To: Parley Baer
If the search warrant affidavit was revealed to the public, the DOJ Lawfare tribe targeting Trump – within the DOJ National Security Division (DOJ-NSD), could not keep the benefit of selective leaks to their media stenographers. It would be more difficult to frame the narrative. [DOJ Filing pdf HERE]
WASHINGTON DC – “If disclosed, the affidavit would serve as a roadmap to the government’s ongoing investigation, providing specific details about its direction and likely course, in a manner that is highly likely to compromise future investigative steps,” U.S. Attorney Juan Gonzalez and Justice Department counterintelligence chief Jay Bratt said in a filing urging the continued secrecy of the affidavit.
“The fact that this investigation implicates highly classified materials further underscores the need to protect the integrity of the investigation and exacerbates the potential for harm if information is disclosed to the public prematurely or improperly,” the DOJ officials wrote.
On Thursday August 11th, Attorney General Merrick Garland said the justice department was committed to transparency in order to retain their integrity with the American public. On Monday August 15th, Attorney General Garland asked the court to keep the records sealed. The six-year pattern continues….

if they are so confident of themselves, then they should have nothing to hide— unless they are guilty of something.

Meanwhile the leftists are on every platform screaming that Donald Trump should release all of the subpoena/warrant/affadavit information immediately or it proves he’s guilty.
Guilty of what no one will say.

(Our biggest problem, BY FAR, is that almost all of big media is agenda-driven, not-truth driven.)
