DEVELOPING: Sources say the FBI agents and officials who were involved in the raid on former President Trump’s home work in the same CounterIntelligence Division of the FBI that investigated Trump in the Russiagate hoax and are actively under criminal investigation by Special Counsel John Durham for potentially abusing their power investigating Trump in the Russian fraud and therefore have a potential conflict of interest and should have been RECUSED from participating in this supposed “espionage” investigation at Mar-a-Lago.

But John Durham is just a person put in place to have a never ending investigation going on that prevents release of information because there is an “ on going investigation”. Is that guy ever going to successfully prosecute anyone for the hoax or is he just there to run out the clock?

Searching Trump's residence under criminal investigation is only valid and legal if the Affidavit and Search Warrant show reasonable
PROBABLE CAUSE of a crime under the 4th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
So far probable cause of a crime to validate a search has not been shown.
Most likely their search (raid) was unconstitutional and, thus, ILLEGAL and the perps should be held accountable.

I think Garland's next move will be to shut down the Durham investigation. The Left clearly has no problem with doing unethical things since there are no consequences for doing so.
