BREAKING: DC court appeals rules that the House Ways and Means Committee can obtain Trump’s tax returns from the IRS
The witch hunt intensifies. What will they do next to get rid of Trump? They must have good intelligence telling them that Trump is going to run. They are scared like they have never been scared before. Anything goes now. They don’t care about law, or Constitution, or right/wrong. No holds barred to stop Trump.

As much as you and I would like to see that happen, it will never happen. They’ll just gin up some nonsense as to why his, and only his, needed to be looked at.
Problem is, they’ve probably had all of his returns for years. I’m sure it’s just a matter of hitting printing or downloading all of them. These official orders just gives them cover to start releasing/leaking information in an attempt to damage him.
Democrats use any means necessary. Republicans and RINOs never do it.

Yup. And Trump’s accountants are some of the best in the world. He doesn’t do his own taxes, ffs. Squeaky clean.
They just want to release selected info to try to tarnish him, dribble it out. Food for another fake October Surprise, that will be BS but may swing 12 votes.

It may take awhile, but what goes around, comes around....it’s called karma.
So the House, after the 2022 election and GOP take over, now has a PRECEDENT for obtaining Joe Biden’s tax returns.
Even with many loop holes closed, tax code is open to much interpretation. Trump, like myself, probably had a tax attorney (or several in his case) who did the taxes and discussed with the client the bests ways to leverage the code to pay the minimum tax.
Any good tax attorney will do this and still stay within the bounds of the law as they read it. But the tax consultants have software tools that make it easy to categorize the income and expenses in the various ways to see what filing strategy works best. A very simple example is a married couple filing separately or jointly. Both are allowed. But one is more advantageous than the other.
The problem is the IRS will come in and describe the most disadvantageous way to determine what you owed, and now you have to justify the legal, and better for the tax payer, way you choose.
In the end, as with all the other crap, Trump is just using the code to his smartest advantage, but the govt goons will paint it as flaunting the laws. This is why he would not offer to open up his returns. It would only be used against him politically.
Why contact the IRS they can’t even find out who Hunter Biden’s big guy is and where he has his millions stashed they would be lucky if they could find their ass.
I’m not worried about Trump’s tax returns. The IRS has audited Trump’s tax returns every year in the 21st century. If there was something wrong in them, they would have had a search warrant. The question is if “leaks” of Trumps tax returns do happen, will Trump sue the Ways and Means committee?
No no no silly! This is only intended for one man. Think about that for a minute… Our incredibly stupid government is making policies against one man on earth
This has to be the greatest fishing expedition in history. Just consider how many resources, both people, databases, etc. that have been leveraged to “get Trump” before ANY actual crime can be shown - for years and years. And they’re only getting started, he absolutely, MUST NEVER be allowed to be POTUS again. The entire swamp, D’s or R’s, are all in this - supported by an evil media that have nothing to do with journalism.
This is a massive violation of the 4th Amendment.
