The problem is is he Declassified them and the justice department just never released them to the public and actually remarked the documents officially so are they classified or Declassified? They are marked classified but they were Declassified by an act of the president when he was president it’s the bureaucracy of the deep state that did not make these declassifications officially to remark the documents
If President Trump was getting quality advice, he would have been advised that this raid was a possibility and to take specific actions. Actions that I would hope included:
1. Only his attorneys have the safe combination and they filmed the inside of the safe before sealing it (empty).
2. ALL government documents were inventoried by two attorneys and his personal admin, sealed in containers with tamper proof tape, locked up and in a place requiring card key access (records and videos accesses) that only his admin and attorneys.
3. Activated hidden security cameras to video his office, safe, and document storage area.
Probably a few other things too. Wait for this situation, wait for the evidence to be fabricated, wait for the indictment, wait for the pre-trial hearings, and then nail the government thugs in open court.

A president's unilateral authority to declassify includes the president following any damn procedure he wants to declassify.
There is no paper trail of declassification that is required for the Classifier in Chief. If Trump says that he declassified a document while he was president then it's the end of story.
