It utterly disgusts me what has been done to this man. A man who cares deeply about his country. We live in very sick times. God help us, please.
I think it’s nuts. The qualifications for the office of President are in the Constitution. No ordinary statute can trump the Constitution. The only thing Garland could try to do is invoke article III of the Fourteenth Amendment which prevents those involved in rebellion or insurrection from being elected President. But I’ve seen no sign he’s moving to charge Trump with rebellion nor do I know how such a ban would work In Practice.
I think it is iteresting and odd that a brand new safe was supposedly installed at Mara a Lago. How did that info get to the FBI so that they would know to bring a safe cracker to this raid?
I also find it very interesting that this safe was totally empty. Could it be the FBI got wind of this new safe and the Jan 6th committee thought Trump might have some tidbits they could use?
Does Trump have a FBI mole operating at his home? Imagine the shock for the FBI when the safe was empty. Were they set up?

If anything, this pretty much ensured NO ONE will even challenge Trump on a ballot.
If you don’t vote, you’ve done their work for them. They don’t need to go to the effort to steal your vote if you’re just going to give it away.
Go volunteer to be a poll watcher or election worker if you want to fight back. And vote.

They can keep DC and choke on it. The new capitol would be in Osh Kosh, Wisconsin, just because it has a nifty name.
