Kevin Costner Goes All in for Embattled January 6 Star Liz Cheney

Actor Kevin Costner, who backed Pete Buttigieg during the 2020 Democrat primary, has thrown his star power behind Rep. Liz Cheney as she faces an increasingly uphill battle in the Republican Wyoming primary.

“Real men put country over party,” Liz Cheney said in a Twitter post on Monday as she shared a photo of Kevin Costner wearing an “I’m for Liz Cheney” T-shirt.

Even with the Yellowstone star’s endorsement, the former vice president’s daughter has a long way to go if she hopes to win the Republican primary against her opponent Harriet Hageman, who holds a commanding lead of 52 percent over Cheney’s embarrassing 30 percent.

Don’t deny yourself the show because of this stupidity. He’s not the only person in the show and quite frankly, he’s wasting his time boosting Liz. If we aren’t able to stick a fork in that dame in a week or two, things are far, far worse than we’ve realized. And that would be a five alarm fire!

Liz doesn’t care about Wyoming, to her, they’re just a bunch of rubes anyway. It’s all about 2024 for her.

I looked to see if he has a Ph.D. in statistics and couldn't find it.

If he doesn't have any expertise that would allow him to argue that the 2020 election wasn't stolen, he should just shut up and deposit the checks.

1883 was even more ridiculous than Jellystone. Especially when they all kiss the ass of that Comanche man who sounded like he just got out of Santa Monica College.

In reality, that Comanche man would have taken the girls hair after he opened up her belly with a deer antler and poured hot coals where her guts used to be. Right, Elsa’s parents just let her marry an Indian? Elsa is doing an Indian on the first date. What about when she kills a Buffalo with her little knife? LOLOLOL

I live in Oklahoma and tornadoes last a little longer than the make out session with “Sam” and the old west Instagram influencer, Elsa.

NONE of those actors know how to ride those old nags they’re mounted up on, except Sheridan. Elsa in the saddle looks like she’s humping her girlfriend-

Worst show ever except for Billy Bob Thornton’s portrayal of Long Hair Jim Courtright

I remember seeing a clip of Kevin Costner working on his film Dances With Wolves. He was talking about the music score by the great John Barry. At one point he said he told Barry "can you bring up the shiny parts a bit?", referring to the brass section. That seemed so pretentious when all he had to say was "can we have more brass, or more horns, or more trumpets?". I guess he wanted to come of as totally instinctive and not well-versed in music. Ever since I saw that I've thought of him as a pretentious loser.

When? In the ‘50s ? In the early ‘60s when he was getting personally involved in politics? In the late 60s as actual governor? In ‘70s in his runs for presidency? In the ‘80s as president?

Reagan was an actual politician and leader, after his acting career.

Costner is just another face, cashing checks on entertainment that is amusing for a short time, and then done.

What office has he run for and won? What major leadership role in any government has he fought for and performed well in?

Your comment is mildly ‘cute’ at best, but suggests ignorance.

"Especially when they all kiss the ass of that Comanche man who sounded like he just got out of Santa Monica College."

Historically, there were some Native-Americans who had been educated, and taught English by the British, and/or Jesuit priests. Remember, Native-Americans fought with the British, and the French during the French & Indian War, as well as both sides during the Revolutionary War. Not to mention that by 1879, Native-American children were being sent to the white man's boarding schools like Carlisle Barracks in Carlisle, Pa., and forced to give up their languages, tribal beliefs, and culture. The school was eventually closed in 1918. Carlisle is now the U.S. Army War College.

I believe Elsa shot the Buffalo with her revolver, and didn't use a knife. I did question her ability to take down a Buffalo on the first shot, but that decision was up to the script writers, not me. I also questioned her parents allowing her so much freedom, especially on a wagon train full of strangers, but again, not my decision. I don't know what kind of historical research was done in order to create 1883, but I've seen plenty of other shows and movies where Hollywood has done a far worse job with historic facts, and turned them to shit.

I don't know in which State Costner lives and votes, but I highly doubt he's even eligible to vote for her in Montana.
