If there are multiple primary candidates, Trump will probably walk away with the nomination because the vote will be split several ways. If it Trump and DeSantis head-to-head, and more Americans become familiar DeSantis, Trump could be in trouble.

DeSantis needs to take more hits to be ready. Trump is taking the arrows presently. The MSM knows DeSantis is out crown prince. They’d like nothing better than a fight between the two. Ron doesn’t need to give it to them. Plenty of time-2028. In the meantime we go for broke with DJT. Concentrate on the cheating.

I’m sure the Left is doing everything they can to help DeSantis if DeSantis goes up against Trump. The Left will do ANYTHING to defeat Trump. But I don’t think it will work as it hasn’t so far for the last six years.
Once they’re done with DeSantis, the vile Left will trash him big time.

Trump is a distraction from what? The Totalitarian Leftist Federal Government?
Trump isn’t a distraction, he’s a THREAT to Totalitarian Leftist Federal Government. Otherwise the Left wouldn’t suffer so greatly from Trump derangement syndrome (TDS).

Cheney - Christie is a ticket I could vote for! The only better ticket would be Turtle - Mittens!

I just love how people think DeSantis is stupid enough to run against Trump but smart enough to be president? DeSantis has a wonderful young family, do you think he wants them near the swamp before it’s cleaned out?
The swamp creatures will just go underground again.

So much speculation given that Ron has already said he won’t run if Trump does. Are they hoping Ron will forever become a liar like Bush 41?
I think a Trump/DeSantis ticket is wise for both men. Give Trump his last term and it sets the stage nicely for Ron to run the next two terms.
This, I think, is what we need, and this will scare the progressives more than anything.

Cruz had a one-on-one in Indiana, a state that would have favored him in a different matchup. He failed. Trump got near majorities after the first couple of primaries, and it wrong to assume that lost Carly Fiorina and Ben Carson would appeal to the same voters.

Trump having residency in Florida complicates things. DeSantis is governor, so he isn't moving.

DeSantis has young children. Would President DeSantis hold back on his agenda hoping the filthy leftists wouldn’t go after him as nasty as they did Trump, Kavanaugh, Thomas, etc., etc., etc. I remember when Kavanaugh had to have his kids taken out of the Hearing room.

Given his wealth, Trump could more easily move his residence to another start than Dick Cheney moved his to WY.
It really isn’t an issue.

Bullsh*t. Trump AND DeSantis, not Trump OR DeSantis in 2024, then DeSantis and .... in 2028 and 2032.
