That’s because they are agenda-driven, not truth-driven. Most of Big Media is as well.

Did the Capitol Police ever request help from the White House?
Nothing President Trump did that day would have been seen as anything other than an "insurrection" against a bunch of feckless misfits in Congress.

The Dems and RINO's have blown this massively out of proportion - the whole "insurrection" label is ridiculous.
That being said, Trump handled this stupidly at the time, and it has cost him.

Huh? Pelosi had the authority to quell what was happening, Trump was talking and his audience was with him, he told everyone to leave peacefully before he ended his speech, and the Capitol Police warmly let the protesters in and stood right there, the House was not in session at that time and the only persons killed were protesters.
Please tell us what is up your butt.

If the President does not act to quell a riot it's because he supports the riot. I will vote for anyone but Trump in the primaries and will sit out the general if he is the nominee. I can't believe you're pushing leftist tripe like this on FR.

If marxist democrat operatives were coordinating a riot than there was not a lot President Trump could do to manage it, especially if the FBI was stampeding the crowd into the Capitol Building.

...Liz will have the time to finally visit her state and her constituents…I don't know if that many folks down in Wyoming would be disappointed if "Liz" just stayed the hell in DC with all of her friends. Permanently.
The reception she got the last time she was there was only a step or two away from getting a ride out of town on a rail. (From the actual voters there at least. The local media still loves anything the DS serves up but they're about as popular as Liz...or a dose of STD.)
