It’s essentially the same thing, since if the feds do not have an enumerated power, then the power belongs to the states.
So, Harry Reid eliminated the filibuster for Judicial Nominations opening the door for Trump to seat 3 conservative Justices. Thank you Harry.
Now Biden wants to do away with the filibuster completely about 6 months before the GOP (likely) controls the Senate and 2 1/2 years before we control the White House and Senate (also likely).
I know we don’t always learn from our mistakes, but the concept of eliminating the Filibuster will bite the Dems in the butt as much as the elimination of the judicial filibuster did.
Heck, but for Harry Reid’s myopic leadership, we wouldn’t be having this discussion!

This is exactly what the Court said: “The Constitution does not confer a right to abortion; Roe and Casey
are overruled; and the authority to regulate abortion is returned to the people and their elected representatives.”
Nowhere in the decision does it state that this does not include their elected representatives at the Federal level.
When can we stop complying with laws that the far left imposes? If states can declare themselves sanctuary states and not follow Federal law why can’t we declare ourselves individual free from Fed laws we don’t like?
