No, the court said this a state matter. Feds have no say.
This is exactly what the Court said: “The Constitution does not confer a right to abortion; Roe and Casey
are overruled; and the authority to regulate abortion is returned to the people and their elected representatives.”
Nowhere in the decision does it state that this does not include their elected representatives at the Federal level.
