>> The parts of Newman’s district in the new district supported Lipinski in the last primary!!! That explains that. <<

Heh. That makes me think even more its winnable in the fall, even if it has a D+7 rating or whatever. Casten took over Roskam and Newman took over Lipinski, hardly hard-left commie voters they represented.

Newman beat Lipinski by saying he was too "conservative" and out of touch with the women's movement, women's rights and abortion.

Newman is an evil abortion extremist, one of Satan's own tools.

Sean Casten is only very slightly marginally better, the difference is really hard to see between the two IMO.

The new redrawn district that Casten won is still quite liberal and frankly, as a resident of the town that Keith Pekau is the mayor of, Pekau's nothing more than a bloviating populist RINO who's doing whatever / saying whatever he thinks he needs to do to win. He's so full of double-talk it's pathetic.

BTW, I have my own personal policy that the asshole politicians that clog my mailbox and spam text my cellphone I won't vote for.

Keith Pekau is at the very top of that list. I've blocked literally HUNDREDS of fake numbers that his campaign sends their hyperbolic spam texts from. It's pissed me off so bad I've called his office and personally went to village hall to tell his assistant to tell his campaign to knock it the eff off.

I'd slap that son of a bitch if I ever saw him again. Effin' slimeball.
