NAPA COUNTY, Calif.-The Napa County District Attorney on Thursday announced that it is charging Paul Pelosi, husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, on charges related to DUI and causing injury in a crash.
Napa County District Attorney Allison Hailey in the complaint alleges that Paul has a BAC of .082, which is over the legal limit....

Announcing the charges in late June while people are out vacationing and paying less attention to the news is the name of the game also it came out on Thursday a lot of folks winding down for long weekend trips and what not.
He goes to court in the middle of summer as well August 3rd.

BAC of 0.082; but I thought I read that they didn’t give him a field sobriety and only conducted a blood test 10-hours after the crash.

They cops tried to dry him out for 4 hours .
The accident was at 11 pm but booked at 4 am .
