According to their news letter, in which they ask for more money, Oregon Food Bank has so much money they are giving it out to other (democrat) causes.
We have had several food bank surfers here in our rental home on the farm . We stood amazed at the way they wasted nearly everything they brought home from the trips to the food banks . Potatoes,oranges,grapefruits,, you name it , they left them on the porch out in the rain and sun to get ruined . When they moved out they left whole rooms of canned and boxed food as well as the fridge and freezer full . And yes they all were huge people . I would not give one cent to a food bank after seeing the horrible waste . I came from a family that believed that “the waster is companion to the destroyer “.

Get rid of the Food Banks, Immediately Abolish the Food Stamp program, setup a Soup Kitchen on every corner that needs one. Hand out trash bags to the people that are hungry and tell them to bring it back full of trash for their bowl of soup and slice of bread.
I would venture to guess they all supported the Biden ticket.

I use to give food to the bums hanging out on the parking lot corner. Up until I watched a regular throw all the food I gave him (this was food I had just gotten from the grocery store) in to the garbage and saw another bum another time who yelled at someone for being a “bleepin’ cheapskate.” I have no sympathy anymore. I see people with massive amounts of food in their carts as they whip out their SNAP WIC card and pass a food bank by my office and see people loading up. I am tapped out.
Are they talking about their plea or are they saying that they plead? I don’t care to read the article because they can’t write an appropriate headline.
