Musk mutineers are FIRED: SpaceX 'terminates number of employees' who wrote letter slamming CEO's 'embarrassing' tweets and demanding that management 'swiftly and explicitly separates itself from Elon's personal brand'

SpaceX has fired some of the employees behind a letter criticizing CEO Elon Musk's 'embarrassing' and 'distracting' tweets yesterday, claiming some workers were pressured into signing it.

The letter was posted to the company’s internal communications system Wednesday, hours after Musk revealed publicly that he had voted for a Republican candidate for the first time by voting for Mayra Flores in South Texas.

In the letter, the unnamed workers gave the company's directors 'one month' to 'swiftly and explicitly separate' from 'Elon's personal brand'.

They demanded that the company become more 'inclusive', and said its 'zero asshole' policy was not enforced clearly.

And this is how you deal with libtards that want to screw up your company and impose their political and ideological views on fellow employees 🤪

It’s harassment - FIRE THEIR BUTTS IMMEDIATELY

Years ago, my brother-—who had over 65 employees in a company he started with ONLY a high school education said to me:

There isn’t one person in 100 who can sign the FRONT of a paycheck-—but they can all sign the back.

About 10 years ago I told him to revise that statement to 1 in 1000.

It used to be a very well known business commandment.

Thou shalt never embarrass thy boss who signeth thy paycheck lest thou become unemployed.

When you work for a company, the only time you can make a statement against the current management is in your exit interview, and I would not recommend that.

Remember that in the end of the day, you are not going to win telling the boss they are bad.

I learned pretty quick no one is really irreplaceable.

Anyone that is is a threat that needs to be dealt with as soon as possible.

Well would you look at that. A company that actually fires cultural insurgents and cancel culture warriors.

It’s about time. Note the complete arrogance and “bullet proof” confidence the Leftist Wokers have, to even do this. They know they are a protected class, along with minorities and gay/trans.

“Hey, I know....let’s write a scathing letter criticizing the boss and post it on the company’s internal communications system for all of the other employees to see. Yeah, that’s a good idea.”

I get your sarcasm but this letter has to be one of the dumbest ideas...ever. That's saying something.

Last time I saw emplotees of SpaceX, they were in the control room watching a landing of some sort.
Most had manbuns, and/or mega piercings, and/or mohawks.

99% of them appeared to be Millennials...

“In my experience people engaged in engineering in the space arena are people who grew up dreaming of being astronauts or something. It’s their dream and getting paid to work on stuff related to it is their dream.”

100% correct. I grew up during Gemini and Apollo and had that dream...then my eyes went bad and I couldn’t fly. I’ve been a payload manager on a large constellation of satellites for 20+ years. Technically not my dream job, but it’s close enough.

...’zero asshole’ policy was not enforced clearly.

I guess they had a good look in the mirror this morning and realized they were the reason for the policy. Karma’s a b****.
