The more that comes out about the botched police response in Uvalde, Texas, the worse it looks for the local cops. It turns out that while UPD officers waited for a key or some such nonsense, an off-duty Border Patrol tactical agent drove 40 miles from having lunch to storm the school and neutralize the social misfit killer.
Not only did the Border Patrol agent not get to finish his lunch, he needed staples to close a grazing bullet wound to his head.

I bet that if 100% of the population they "serve" demands that they be fired, a way will be found to fire them AND their vile chief. Gov. Abbott might help.
Well, there comes a time when a man of principle must turn a Nelson's eye and just do what's right ...
In 1801, at Copenhagen, Nelson led the main attack against a fleet of Dutch and Norwegian ships. During the height of battle, Nelson's superior officer, Admiral Hyde Parker, signalled him to withdraw. When Nelson's men saw the signal, they informed him of it. Nelson then took out his telescope and looked through it using his blind eye. He is believed to have said, “I have only one eye, and I have the right to be blind sometimes. I really do not see the signal.” Nelson ordered his men to continue fighting, and a few hours later, after a hard fought battle, he emerged victorious.
“And not long ago, the media was lying and vilifying the Border Patrol for “whipping” immigrants with horse reins.”
Will Biden, Harris, DHS Secretary, etc. praise the Border Patrol for this, I doubt it.
A lot of blame to go around for this tragedy but very little to fault BP for. I’m sure some on that BP SWAT Team will always wonder if a life could have been saved had they acted sooner, but they at least did something as it appears others did NOTHING.
I have wondered myself if this whole thing was cartel related.... where’d he get the money for the guns and ammo? Was this a thing for the cartels to get something across the border while the kid was doing his evil? Tying up all the law enforcement? Watching the response for the next “something”? So many things don’t add up. Heartbreaking for the families and for the little ones who survived. May God hold them in His hands and comfort them and get them thru this. God bless you all.
They aided and abetted in my books.
Was he previously arrested when as a Minor he told others of his plan? I read a link on twitter that two kids in 2018 who were 13 & 14 made threats against the Uvalde school district. There’s two kids now would be 17 & 18. Was the shooter one of these two kids?
I bet those cops are brave when tapping on the window of a car parked on the local lovers lane.

Excellent summary of Bull Shit and a good reality!:
He cleared himself.
The locals don’t have balls to stop a man with a gun.
That should be clear, because they didn’t go in and stop that man with a gun either.
The city council meeting on Tuesday should be interesting. That’s the day Chief Coward takes the oath of office as a council member.
Why? Cowards who pretended to be police officers should find a new line of work. Walmart is always hiring.
Who was that masked man?
I would like to know how the “US Marshalls” showed up on that site so quickly, and from where? Is there usually a bunch of US Marshalls available in Uvalde?
I knew there had to be a super tough photo of the clowns.
“Whaaa, we need, we need, we need.” All they needed was a little love for the babies being killed. All they needed was one officer in the hall making noise to distract the monster and one officer at a window with a bead on said monster.
That little tiny petite mama managed to get her two sons to safety. So much for the big bad cops with all their gear. Every last one should be run out of town.
I see you’ve never been much around the Nueces Strip ...
“The biggest & longest part of the crime is that this creep shooter told the world for the past 4 years WHAT he intended to do.”
Texas would need a red flag law for that to matter. In Texas only a judge can after defining someone as mentally adjudicated order the confiscation of firearms and this requires a mandatory committal to an inpatient facility. Both of which are nearly impossible to get in Texas. People get the vapors when you talk about red flag laws even with mandatory due process appeals that’s a hard no from 40% of Texan. The blue cities would gladly vote in red flag laws they just don’t have the 3/4 needed to override the Texas legislature with a public referendum vote.
What city was the BORTAC agent coming from?
Brckettville?
Sabinal?
These jackasses have screwed up their stories so much it’s almost impossible to tell through their cover their sorry asses lies they have fed the as usual stupid and pliable western press
