The Biden Administration is calling for a Marshall Plan for Ukraine, which would be implemented even with ongoing hostilities. Zelensky wants $5 billion a month to keep the country operating.
Ukraine is one of the most corrupt countries in the world. It’s per capita GDP is $12,400, just $100 more than Cuba’s. Does anyone think that this aid will be spent wisely? Most of it will go to the oligarchs, including Zelensky.
