Shocking new video has emerged showing Texas cops restraining parents as they tried to rescue their kids on Tuesday after a gunman unleashed terror inside the elementary school, as questions grow over why it took so long to get to the shooter after the first 911 call.
Salvador Ramos, 18, arrived at the school in Uvalde at 11.30am, crashing his car into a ditch.
A school resource officer was at the scene but he failed to stop him from making his way inside.
Two other cops also rushed to the school at that time - Ramos had just shot his grandmother in the face at their home less than five miles away. She survived and called the police.
When they arrived, Ramos is said to have shot at them then ran into the school, where he barricaded himself in the fourth grade classroom and shot 19 kids and two teachers dead.
It took another 90 minutes from that point for police to declare the shooting over.
Now, sources say police were struggling to get into the classroom and needed a key to open the door.
Eventually, a border patrol agent was able to get inside and the shooting was declared over at 1.06pm.
But it questions remain over why it took police so long to get into the classroom where the kids were trapped with the gunman.
One child told KENS 5 that he was able to hide under a desk, but that a girl who yelled out 'help' when police arrived was executed.

Of course, video of police can’t possibly be considered any sort of evidence this actually happened this way, so we are still completely blind as to any truth, right?

Notice it happened a few days before Trump is to speak at the NRA meeting in Texas.

IF we can spend thousands of dollars NOT teaching the 3 “R’s”-—then we can spend part of that $$$ on retired military to guard our kids.
Having said that—this kid was a time bomb for YEARS.
Time to prosecute families who keep ‘protecting’ such predators.
The governor of Texas better be on the T.V. with the law enforcement agencies explaining what response the police gave at the local level.
If they did what was by procedure here, then that has to be explained.

140 LEOs were gathered there by the end of it. 40 were there early on.
They restrained parents?
This was a planned kill. Door open. The grandfather was a FELON and couldn’t legally have a gun in the house. Yet the killer uses that address and is able to buy two $1800 weapons and $700 optics?
FBI (per Sun story out today) was warned before the killing that he’d threatened to do this.
Who ordered the LEOs to stand down?
Why did the FBI not stop it when warned?
Why did it happen only days before Trump was to speak in Texas at the NRA convention?
How are 700-page bills ready and waiting to be handed off to politicians to pass hours after these events happen?
How many cops does it take to do anything about a mass shooter?
What do you mean? The police are there as a “show of force,” only.

So far all I’ve heard is there is no proof that Ramos was an illegal alien.

They couldn’t get in because they needed a key, but the gunman was able to get inside without one? And it couldn’t be because he broke the door down because it was closed and locked when police arrived.
So the door that should have been closed and locked was not.
Did you watch the video in this thread? The cops were stopping the parents from rushing in!
Also, 90 minutes later the LEOs re-engaged the shooter and yelled out. When a child called back to them, Ramos executed the child.
There were kids alive when the stand-down order went out.
All of this could have been prevented but instead was encouraged to score political points.
