Biden is single-handedly driving the country to hell in a hand basket. Or his handlers.

But he is smug and pleased with himself. The aloof jerk said today in Japan he is happy with these fuel prices and the transition to a solar/wind economy is going to be a bit rocky for a while.

Those green jerks just don’t understand there is NO WAY you can power modern industrial economies with solar and wind. It just cannot be done. There isn’t a single mechanical engineer or power engineering graduate among them or advising them.

They think they are all pharaoh Ramses II: “So Let It Be Written, So Let It Be Done.” Click your ruby slippers together and slam, bam, thank you ma’am we are transported to a magical green economy.

Shouldn’t have to explain to anybody how this is going to drive up the cost of everything we consumers buy at retail.

Short of just stealing elections, I can’t see how they figure this is going to help them in November.

If you study the situation with energy you’ll realize the massive scale at which energy is produced and consumed.

Wind and solar just don’t cut it...yes you can get a lot of solar in say, the Sahara, but there is no water so you can’t live there. You can get a lot of wind in Patagonia, but there’s really no place to grow crops.

Without fossil fuels you have to go nuclear, and in a big way as France did. You can put in electric trains all over the place, but with the way Americans move about all over the country you might build an electric train to a dying city/community.

Going green without mature technology would be the equivalent of shooting all the farmers’ oxen and draft horses right after the tractor was invented but before the factories to make them had been built.

Biden promised to end fossil fuel and eliminate all oil drilling in the US. This is EXACTLY what he wants.

Worse than that

Truckers are sniped by other companies to take their goods by more pay, and then both fuel and those higher shipping costs are passed on

Your oxen and draft horse analogy is spot on.

Liberals don’t have a clue about the amount of inputs to a system to make power. They don’t understand basic load duration curves. They don’t understand energy density of different fuels. They don’t understand the first thing about large scale system. They know absolutely nothing about power generation. They honestly believe they can wish it into being.

I am of the opinion that the US Farm Bureau would be better off paying farmers to produce crops that can be used for bio-diesel production that paying them not to farm at all. Or at a minimum, require X tons of bio-algae be produced to qualify for payment.

I don’t believe these new multi event high injection pressure fuel systems like bio diesel.
