Anyone can look up the public voting records in any county of Pennsylvania. It’s open records. It shows Oz NEVER voted in PA until only two years ago. But yeah sure, he’s a Pennsylvanian. Fetterman will use this information to beat Oz’s clock. He is the worst endorsement ever by Trump.
There are currently a number of dual citizens inhabiting the United States Congress. In 2018 there were 13 dual citizens in the Senate, and 27 in the House. Historically, a number of presidential appointees and very high level government personnel have been dual citizens. Justice Kagan is also listed as a dual citizen when she was US Solicitor General (2009-2010).
An astoundingly flawed SCOTUS decision in the late 60’s opened the door for this, and it is one of many tidbits of knowledge that are not generally known by the public. Another is the fact that the US has been under COG - Continuity of Government - operations, for years. Quietly, unobtrusively, our government has used - and will continue to use, this contingency plan to literally suspend the Constitution.

This is an incorrect repeat of your previous posts.
The date and signature on the outside envelope (not on the ballot as everyone is stating) relate to the legal statement you are signing under penalty of pejury, with name, date, location, found on all legal documents.
Failure to provide a legal statement of authentication makes that envelope, and its enclosed ballot, UNLAWFUL. Retaining the ballot and adding its contents to the election at hand makes that election UNLAWFUL, and indeterminate as that ballot cannot be removed once it is separated from its envelope and statement of identity.

The information - as far as the number of dual citizens - I referenced in earlier posts is unsubstantiated. There are claims that the numbers are not that high. But since there is no source providing accurate information then we’re at the mercy of internet wisdom

Oz leads by 1078 votes. There are around 9500 outstanding.
Together McCormick and Oz have gotten 62% of the vote so far.
That leaves about 5900 votes that should/could go to either candidate.
If McCormick even does well enough to split them ( something he would have to do without Allegheny County his strong hold that has already finished counting) he picks up another 2950 votes and still loses to Oz’s 4028.
This is why Oz has a 89% chance of winning.
