Valid post, but there's the possibilty that Roberts has conferred with security and determined that if Roe was overturned on the 23rd, then the only conference day before June 2 is May 26th, and they could abandon that day, which would then give 10 days to allow the police to beat on Antifa-in-pussy-hats and 'gently disperse' the crowd.
RE: If you’re not a fan of people protesting in cities, you shouldn’t be a fan of people attempting to bomb clinics:
1. That was a 1988 article. Since then, protesters are told to keep a legal distance away from abortion clinics and not obstruct, much less threaten people who want to enter the clinic. I support that.
2. For those who plan to bomb places whether abortion clinics or churches, they’re not really pro-life. They should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
They aren’t striking down a horrible law.. and that’s why it’s being overturned. Roe v Wade was never a law. Laws are passed by legislatures. Roe was an unconstitutional act of judicial activism

I agree. I think Roberts was hoping a Judge would flip. Some here has said “well that’s not the SC works”, this was an exceptional circumstance so yes the ruling should have been released immediately so the mob wouldn’t camp out and terrorize the Justices and their families. further, I think
