Commentator Bill Maher dedicated the end of his 'New Rules' segment on Friday's edition of HBO's Real Time to the rising numbers of LGBTQ Americans, which he went as far as to suggest was 'trendy.'
Maher, 66, who often draws the ire of both conservatives and liberals on his long-running show, largely went after the transgender part of that acronym in his editorial.
He began by noting the polls show the number of Americans identifying as LGBTQ has doubled with each passing generation, joking that 'if we follow this trajectory, we will all be gay in 2054.'

The entire Democrat party and every major corporation and every major media outlet and college is 100% behind the trans movement including permanently body altering surgery and puberty blockers. Are you saying the same happened for EMOs and Goths? LOL. You obviously know that’s not true. Don’t spout cliche and cute points without thinking clearly about them even if they come from the Right.
Imagine if we suggested to kids that being STRAIGHT was a good thing and other lifestyles were bad (for many reasons).

A friend told me of meeting a middle school your man who considers himself gay. He introduced his boyfriend to my friend. He is a trans girl. The children are learning to play the game.

i agree that the surgeries and hormones are not good - these are consequences these idiot kids and their parents will have to deal with, though.
I don’t have any of this freakshow taking place in my family, so i do not worry about them.
He’s right in one sense. In the 60s and early 70s, kids grew their hair long and stopped bathing to be trendy. In the 80s, guys got their ears pierced. Now, kids switch genders. I really do think, in some sense, its all a silly fad.
The worst thing a feeble minded young can do is follow a trend because proving you don’t know how to think for yourself your new name is chump.

Really?....As a group they generally aren’t accepting of Christians.
Accepting if anyone wanting to be a fag. I thought that part was obvious. I guess some people need it to be spelled out to them.
