Think she lived happily ever-after. My wife retired from teaching at the same school. I saw the aforementioned teachers picture a few years ago on the wall at the school, and Barbara Eden she never was in retrospect. My choir teacher had a 57 Tudor Chevy Bel Air with straight-shift that she drove me around in that was more memorable now at 72. The late-in-life schoolmarm marriage story is almost a Mel Brooks comedy- horror movie that I’ll leave untold.
