A federal judge is standing by a previous ruling that an Indiana transgender student must be allowed to use the boys restroom.
Judge Tanya Walton Pratt, an Obama appointee, has denied a motion from the Metropolitan School District of Martinsville to put on hold a previous injunction forcing John R. Wooden Middle School to allow the transgender student to use the boys bathroom, WTHR-TV reported.
Pratt ruled the district failed to show evidence that proved it would suffer "irreparable harm" if the student was allowed to use the boys restroom.
"In addition, the School District has not presented any new arguments or evidence to demonstrate that the public interest weighs in favor of maintaining the School District’s authority over such matters until more clear and direct guidance on Title IX is provided," Pratt wrote.
The school had previously prevented the transgender student from using the boys restroom, playing on male sports teams, and from being referred to using the pronouns "he" and "him."
The school, which is appealing the original ruling, had argued that Pratt’s injunction "would be disruptive of the school's operations...and undermine the order and authority of the school."

Here’s what needs to happen. Everytime this “guy” goes to the toilet, make sure all the stalls are in use, with only urinals available. Tell the psycho if “he” has to piss so bad, use a urinal, afterall, they are a “guy.” Time to start acting like one.

This is what confused me also. Another horribly presented story by the media. What does "sports" have to do with the issue. It's like a 3rd grader forgot to include something in the story and mentioned something about sports in the story. Also, according to the judge and the statute sited, does this not also allow boys to use the girls restroom so as to avoid discrimination? Are the students required to humiliate themselves by declaring their preferred orientation before using the opposite (medically assigned) sex's restroom?

This is the crux here. The judge knows that Biden is planning to expand Title IX to include trannies (by executive fiat, not by amending the legislation in Congress), just like Obama expanded it to include homos. So the judge is just preemptively enforcing the rule that Biden hasn’t finalized yet.

The problem is that the law already prohibits schools from sex-based discrimination. They can’t make a rule that prohibits boys but not girls, or that would be invalid because it is sexually discriminatory.
Boys using the girls’ restroom will go hand in hand with girls using the boys’ restroom.

I think all - 100% - of the school’s biological boys should insist they are “trans” and insist on using the girls restrooms and gymn locker rooms, until sanity prevails and insane policies that put those with mental problems as the deciding factor are shoved aside.
Many schools have single use restrooms for the teachers. If schools want to accomodate the mental obsession of “trans” students, then they can give the “trans” students permission to use those restrooms.

A generation or two ago, girls like that were “tomboys” and they grew out of it
