He already killed, what are 2 more? Two more human lives.

Everyone who commits a crime while carrying a firearm intends to kill someone?

Everyone who commits a crime while carrying a firearm intends to kill someone? In the eyes of the law? Pretty much.

Yes. Common sense gun control would have stopped this before it even started . And a gun free sticker on the door would have certainly prevented their breaking into the home with guns.
Further proof that a large capacity magazine is a handy accessory to have at one’s desire.
My brother-in-law once asked me why I needed a 30 round magazine. My reply, “ So asks the man who has never faced an armed adversary.”

Four burglars going after one residence? What did they think was in that house that would make it worthwhile for that many people breaking in? But then, maybe they were planning to kidnap somebody.
Perhaps I’m making a mistake trying to apply logic to the actions of Meth addicts.

Might have been better to shoot all 4 as dead men tell no tales. He already killed, what are 2 more? It gives police and prosecutors somebody to arrest and convict, other than you. They appreciate that.
Always remember that police like having somebody to arrest. If you're the only one there, then guess what?

Partially good outcome. Better outcome: all 4 perps undergoing autopsies.

What would this self defense situation have to do with “stand your ground”?

"Everyone who commits a crime while carrying a firearm intends to kill someone?" Was "everyone" trying to break into a home with 3 other accomplices? Did you forget that that was what these 4 were doing? So, yes, I believe they had the intent to kill someone, and yes, it should be first degree murder.

In some benighted states you have a legal requirement to turn tail and run, or at least cower in submission. Even in your own home.

What would this self defense situation have to do with “stand your ground”? Not sure it has anything to do with "stand your ground".
To: Gay State Conservative
Among the beautiful things about this story is that, assuming that Indiana’s laws are like those of at least some other states, the robbers who lived can both be charged with First
Degree Murder.
.........................................
Article states that they were charged with murder.

Wanna bet me that even the show called “INTERVENTION” would reject these examples????
