I don't think there is a procedure that allows Congress to fire a specific federal employee. We'd need to wait until 2024, when hopefully Sleepy Joe will be replaced. Even if Trump wins in 2024, I wouldn't count on him firing Fauci. After all, he had plenty of opportunity to do that in his first term but somehow failed to do so.

Yeah. I’m pretty sure it was only political pressure that kept Trump from firing Fauci by mid-summer 2020.
