He has already been arraigned in court by our DA who called in a judge to do it.
He’s been charged with first degree murder and hate crime to start.
He’s being held at Erie County holding center as far as I know.

Nobody has been executed in NY since 1963. The penalty may still be on the books, but it isn’t enforced.
