Gates probably vaxed early, and so it has worn off. If he boosted in November, ditto. Worn off.
If he was previously infected, probably worn off the same number of months.
We have nothing. After 2 yrs the old folks have nothing for defense. Every day that passes the vax gets older and older and immunity weaker and weaker.
The only thing that can work is stay away from people, which old folks in nursing homes cannot do.
