WASHINGTON (AP) — President Joe Biden on Tuesday warned voters unhappy with soaring inflation and his stalled domestic agenda against turning power over to “ultra-MAGA” Republicans in the midterm elections as he increasingly tries to cast former President Donald Trump and his adherents as a political foil.
Speaking Tuesday, Biden, who ran for office aiming to heal the nation’s divisions, said, “I never expected the ultra-MAGA Republicans who seem to control the Republican Party now to have been able to control the Republican Party. I never anticipated that happening.”

Ultra-Boogie Man, be very afraid.
Yeah, you’re entitled to the sub-40% approval rating, Biden.
Poor Dementia Joe. He seem to think that “ultra MAGA” is some kind of game-changer insult. Thinking is not his strong suit. Actual MAGA folks have no problem being “ultra,” and when gas is $6/gallon and stagflation destroys their wealth, few have a problem with the notion of making the country great again.
So in an election year, when the stars are so well aligned, Republican Senator Tim Scott proposed a plan, in writing, to tax the poor. Maybe even cut entitlement spending? Got it.
“Ultra-MAGA!”
our new T-shirt slogan, right?
Maybe emblazoned in a superman motif ... an Ultra-MAGA cape would be a cool accessory to complete the ensemble!
Well, that’s the problem. Joe is an old-school conventional politician. The conventional wisdom has always been, if you’re underwater, or losing, go negative. The reasoning being that even though negative campaigns risk driving away moderate voters, if you’re in bad enough trouble you just have to accept an elevated risk.
The problem in this case is that his instincts and his handlers are moving him in exactly the wrong direction. He’ll get praise from the MSM and his rabid base, but everyone else is just not buying it.
Republicans should take the attempt to make MAGA a derogative term and turn it upside-down on Biden and the democrats. ultra-MAGA>
With MAGA meaning Make America Great Again, who could be against that?
Then ‘ultra’ turns the term into MAGA on steroids.
Ultra-MAGA should be a welcome term for republicans and for Americans in general.
Biden and democrats would rue the day that they tried to make MAGA into something undesirable.
funny.. that I haven’t moved an inch on any issue in 20+ years, and yet somehow I am now... ULTRA-MAG!!!
LMAO!
The only answer is ultra ultra maga

Here is what Brandon is misrepresenting in Sen. Scott’s 11-point plan:
Section 5: “All Americans should pay some income tax to have skin in the game, even if a small amount. Currently over half of Americans pay no income tax.”
