With two weeks to go before the hotly contested Pennsylvania Republican Primary, a new poll shows that race is now a statistical 3-way tie between Dr. Mehmet Oz, Kathy Barnette, and Dave McCormick.
According to the new Trafalgar Group poll, Trump endorsed Oz was at 24.5 percent, Barnette was at 23.2 percent and McCormick was at 21.6 percent in the race to be the nominee for the seat of retiring GOP Senator Pat Toomey.
The survey was conducted between May 6 and May 8. The poll consisted of 1080 likely 2022 GOP primary voters, had a response rate of 1.44 percent and a margin of error of 2.99 percent.
Pundits theorized that Barnette is surging due to her recent debate performance and Oz was falling due to his heavy negatives with Republican voters.

I think after his candidate Parnell had to drop out, Trump wanted to stop McCormick, who would be another McConnell schill.
So he endorsed Oz. He should have endorsed Barnette, but he may not have thought she could win in November.

I thought I’d heard they are friends. Still, though I love and will always support Trump, he is wrong on this endorsement. I’m voting Kathy Barnette. A lot of others are too. I’ve seen only Kathy Barnette campaign signs. I have not seen a single Oz or McCormick sign in our area.

Barnette will be a star, is maybe the most impressive person running for office in the whole country.
I would think his name recognition, TV background and a dose of Javanka. He gets distracted by those kind of things and by chicks with a Fox News look.
When “Fox News Commentator” is your job description, you don’t really bring much to the table at all.
My fear is that if she wins the GOP primary, she’ll be the best candidate nobody ever hears about — because she’s going to be running in November as a dead broke candidate with no support outside a core base that may comprise no more than 20% of the voters in PA.
I watched the Pennsylvania senatorial debate on Newsmax last week. I was not familiar with Kathy Barnette prior to this, but was very impressed by her after seeing the debate.
I'm from PA, I'll both pray and vote for her as will Mrs. Alaska.
Hopefully she can win this primary, because if Trump's candidate, oz gets beat, the msm will holler it from the rooftops, only to have to show that the pubbies are running a black woman that is a product of a rape.
Her mother was raped at age 11 and did not abort Kathy.
