The Black sea entrance is controlled by Turkey. Plus Romania and Bulgaria are black sea countries that are also part of NATO. The azov is a part of the black sea and the Caspian is a lake, which also has Iran at the other side.
The Baltic sea has Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Poland plus the Baltica. Russia does not control it.
The white sea is a froze part of the arctic sea and norway and japan and canada have a little to say about it
