The extraordinary footage, obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com and seen here for the first time today, shows Cawthorn, 26, in a car with his close aide and his scheduler Stephen Smith, 23.
Cawthorn sits in the driver's seat apparently filmed by Smith as he adopts an exaggerated accent and says, 'I feel the passion and desire and would like to see a naked body beneath my hands.'

But what is the ethics complaint? Giving him loans and gifts I assume. But were they provided personally or with campaign money? Does the GOP really want to go through with punishing him for being homosexual?
If this was the Dems they would wait until the general.

Just saw it and that’s exactly what it is. Two buddies being stupid. Not what the headline implies it is.
Cringeworthy and disgusting ‘humor’, though, not indicative of mature character - can’t condone it. Even dumber to record it and write it out to be possibly discovered later and revealed to the public when you are public figures that can fall under media scrutiny. Crude joking can be destructive - and in this case it may be.
It was his buddy recording it - it is them acting out being stupid/silly, not a serious conversation.

A couple of weeks ago there was an article in paper here about his road signs being placed in a triangle around his opponents signs so you could not see them.
Had I not seen this with my own eyes at multiple locations I’d have written it off as lib propaganda.

It is immature, raunchy, inappropriate humor - so I am not certainly defending it. It’s two buddies acting stupid / silly. However, it was not something that was “caught” on video like it was a romantic encounter between them as the headline states that someone captured - that’s a lie.

Oh geesh...these guys were clearly goofing around. Whatever context it was in is totally lost and setup by the “story” to make you think it’s a gay thing. But it’s just two friends goofing around.
This isn’t any evidence of him being homosexual - it is evidence he and his buddy have a very crude sense of humor and are stupid to use electronic media to capture it when they are public figures. There was no romantic encounter “caught” on camera as this headline falsely states - he and his buddy were acting out for the camera recording themselves and is clearly not a serious conversation...nor are the attached texts back and forth as the reason for payments...the payments themselves may be an issue but I don’t know what they were for - this guy was also an employee who would be entitled to be paid.
It is probably disqualifying (these young men need to seriously grow up and get smarter) but not for the reasons implied - simply too immature for the serious work they should be doing.

I support Madison 100%, because he is a patriot, unlike the child molesters in the Democratic party.
