You’d have to be a lawyer to take any of this nonsense seriously. On the one hand Sussman claims he was telling the truth when he told the FBI he wasn’t working for a client in these matters …
… while on the other hand he tries to claim attorney-CLIENT privilege to throw out the evidence against him.
