It would be an extreme stroke of good luck - but it is very, very unlikely - that stronger measures will result in anything resembling the Old Republic.
With luck - Sulla, or Pinochet. The odds favor - Pol Pot or Hitler.
Too many were not. And judges went along with the clear violation of their Constitutional rights.
Then what's your solution?
The first step is not pretending the answer lies in the judiciary. We need to vote in veto-proof statehouse majorities and regain control of elected courts such as in PA.
Consider the measures it took to establish the Republic in the first place.
Be interesting to lexis/nexis the Slimes to find if alleged is still a term they use.
“Yes, it can.”
Where in the Constitution does it state that it can?
>>Anything done by the Electoral College can be undone!<<
How can that be done Constitutionally?
Where does it say that it cannot?
Correctly labeled “Editorial” on FR but not on Yahoo.
They weren’t bogus legal theories. If they had been, congress would not be trying to change those laws, to “fix” the “problems”.
Logic tells you that there must be a legal way to fix a fraudulent election.
How can that be done Constitutionally?
.............................................
Well, at this time in our country’s history what appear to be clear violations of the Constitution have become rather commonplace. So if one or more of the three branches of our government decides to endorse some action or policy that appears to be unconstitutional, they simply proceed to “reinterpret” the meaning of that document! Today, for example, there are a number of citizens who attended the rally on 1/6/21 at the National Mall and the Capitol who have been incarcerated and denied bail for over a year without having been formally charged with any felony!
2000 Mules is coming.
