Well, at this time in our country’s history what appear to be clear violations of the Constitution have become rather commonplace. So if one or more of the three branches of our government decides to endorse some action or policy that appears to be unconstitutional, they simply proceed to “reinterpret” the meaning of that document! Today, for example, there are a number of citizens who attended the rally on 1/6/21 at the National Mall and the Capitol who have been incarcerated and denied bail for over a year without having been formally charged with any felony!
