(CNN)A federal judge in Florida struck down on Monday the Biden administration's mask mandate for airplanes and other public transport methods.
US District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle said the mandate was unlawful because it exceeded the statutory authority of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and because its implementation violated administrative law.

Exactly. I'd say that our legal system is broken, but TPTB like it fine just the way it is.
Southwest. It’s impressive to see that United and Alaska cancelled it IMMEDIATELY. Disappointing that Southwest didn’t do that.
On my last Southwest flight in January, they were really lax. I chatted with a nice young lady in the seat next to me and we didn’t wear masks for the entire one hour 45 minutes and nobody hassled us!

When we landed, the flight attendant informed us AA was not mandating masks anymore due to the court ruling.
Our connecting flight in Dallas made the same announcement.
Probably 90%+ of the passengers cheered and clapped in each case.

Nah they will not fight it. The only pretext for masks on airplanes was for mail-in voting and the hornet's nest of lawsuits tee'd up on that could stretch from Maine to Miami. A reinstitution would mean another Senate seat or 2 lost and 10 more House seats. The communists never quit but on this one, they see the end of its usefulness. They will be on to Chapter 27, verses 23-27 in the Book of Baal. Wow. I stand corrected. I have never blamed the airlines as they have little choice but to do what regulatory agencies say if they want to stay in business.
The most frightening thing to me is that so many people still want or demand the mandate when there is no science to support any efficacy for masking and plenty of science that shows negative results.
To CNN, Judge shopping is bad only if it is used by the wrong side...
Masking has always been voluntary until lately because of the CCP virus.
If you wanted to wear a mask while grocery shopping in 2010, no one would have stopped you. Of course most everybody would have thought you a little strange.
I see many blacks wearing them around. Makes me think putting them to work in the fields to harvest could not be accomplished with all that much difficulty. Drive your any local black sh*thole in your city, below the broad nose is that sign of obedience to the white progressive.
In my area biggest maskers are 1) East Asians (i live in a building that is majority younger Chinese and they mask universally), 2) Immigrant Hispanics (native born not so much) 3) Blacks over 40 4) white kids with emotional problems.
I flew from ATL to DAB this morning. I got on the bus at FastPark,went thru ATL security, boarded the plane and walked out of the DAB airport, all without a mask. Almost all of the other passengers I saw were also maskless.
