Russian invading forces are killing civilians and looting stores and homes, witnesses in Ukraine say

ZAPORIZHZHIA, Ukraine — Russian forces are killing civilians and looting stores and homes across occupied parts of southern Ukraine, residents said, as Moscow arrested elected local leaders and sought to replace them with pro-Russian collaborators.
People arriving here from Russian-held areas over the weekend described hungry and undisciplined Russian troops shooting unarmed villagers, breaking into supermarkets and shops, and raiding homes in search of food and valuables as their own supply lines have failed.

They have cell phones, and they record video. Most of it is more gruesome than Americans are used to seeing, so it doesn't get broadcast widely.

You can watch the evacuation of civilians from an active battle in Irpin just outside Kyiv this video. Note the explosions in the background just across the river in Irpin.
If you want to watch you can see lots of video of civilians and soldiers getting killed, and dead bodies, and body parts, and the IDs of dead soldiers. Most people prefer not to watch that kind of thing. So here are videos of looting.
How many news sources do you need? The bombed maternity hospital was documented by the Daily Mail and many other media outlets. You can look at the video and pictures for yourself.
And by the way the woman on the stretcher and her unborn child died of her injuries.
Some people are slow on the wake up, witness the the Covid Scam. The same game plan is being played out with Ukraine. When you wake up you will be mad as hell for being suckered. Yet, you keep falling their BS. When will you ever learn?
The killing part is true. But the Ukrainian armed forces are so far holding off the Russians and inflicting plenty of casualties. Consider that perhaps the US intelligence communities evaluation of the effectiveness of the Russian army might be as accurate as their evaluation of the Taliban, or the WMD in Iraq.
The Ukrainians have been fighting separatist rebels since 2014. Their soldiers have more experience in combat, and they have a large pool of recent veterans who are fighting in territorial defense units.
The rate of progress of the Russians is low, and they are resorting to wholesale destruction of the very towns and cities they claim they are in Ukraine to protect. More than 70% of the people in Mariupol are native Russian speakers, and they have destroyed much of that city.
We may all learn a lot about the actual strength of the Russian army over the next few weeks.
The maturnity hospital itself was not bombed - photo’s been posted of the large crater the bomb left in the ground nearby. Had it been a direct hit there would be no building left. It was overrblast from the bomb landing where it did.
LOL. That translates to "no, I can't". There are plenty of places where pro-Russian posts and videos are readily available.
It is not my litmus test, it is just a quick way to see if somebody has more than their own opinion. It helps us all to see information, videos, pictures, and data so we can all form opinions from it.
But for those of us just spouting talking points or repeating propaganda it is too much work to actually find evidence to support their arguments.

I’ve read many, many books on the matter. What goes around, comes around.
Nonesense - we all are very much aware primarily Ukrainian photos and videos as anything Russia is being withheld from our media and also the Internet for the most part.
Additionally there’s a curveiw - Zelenski said clearly any cars on the roads would be targets and seen as the enemy - so you don’t know who’s taking out those vehicles.
Looting homes and stores are typical of Russian occupation… so is the rape of women and children.

Impossible! Plenty of Putin lovers have told us that Russians are Christian saviors and that the media is lying.
And some of the "special" people in the good old USA...
Meanwhile, here's a couple of Ukrainian civilian militia beating an unarmed man caught in Kiev past curfew, and then shooting him in the back as he tries to flee.
