That's the dumbest argument I have seen in a while. By your test the Oklahoma Federal building wasn't bombed either because the truck was out front on the sidewalk.

Dropping a large bomb so it blasts out the windows, damages the structure, and kills people inside is generally described as bombing the building. Perhaps you need to work harder on your English.
