Russia has nothing to gain by using chemical weapons. Maybe they think the weapons will be used on them because Biden keeps talking about it.

Russia is not targeting civilians. They just are not backing off targeting combatants who are colocated with civilians.
So, a more accurate statement would be they don’t care if civilians are hit.

A mad dog killed capable of anything but mass killing Ukrainians with nukes and chemical weapons. Normally Russia goes in, overthrows the capital, kills the leader and decapitates the government, and absorbs the cou try into the Russian union. Zelensky and the government are still in charge. If civilians are dying, its because of Zelensky, and he is in no position to say no.
