China is spruiking a bizarre conspiracy theory experts fear could be used to help justify Vladimir Putin’s brutal invasion of Ukraine.

Follow China has doubled down on a bizarre Russian conspiracy theory which experts believe could be part of a plot to justify the invasion of Ukraine.

This week, a Chinese official accused the US of running biolabs in the eastern European nation, claiming the situation was “dangerous” and that the “safety” of the alleged labs were at risk.

This has been confusing me because if Russia wants to do bioweapon research, they already have PLENTY of labs for that purpose - so what good would Ukraine’s labs be?

But, ON THE OTHER HAND, if Russia was worried about another Fauchi-project infecting and shutting down the planet, then I could see why Russia would be concerned about those labs.

So the US taxpayers are funding these labs more than 30 years later? I understand your point about starting the labs in 1991 but what was going on at them in 2022?

Its varied like the labs in the US. Some of the labs in Ukraine are run by the Ministry of Health and the Food Safety that test consumer products. Some study animal diseases(Swine Fever Virus in domestic pigs and wild boars in Ukraine). Others test and track diseases in humans like staph infections and HIV.

Even if the United States funded biolabs of ANY kind it would not justify an invasion of Ukraine.

And before idiots cite Iraq, the United States is not Iraq and Sadaam Hussein.

When they start saying Sadaam was no worse than our government, they can go to hell.

Don’t forget about the lab at UNC Chapel Hill which was has been involved in coronavirus research. Some of its research was allegedly transferred to Wuhan. If this is occurring at one university in the United States, it no doubt is occurring at dozens.

Lab leaks have been an ongoing problem at the UNC lab. Here is a link to some that have been admitted. How many others have occurred that were not reported.

WHY would the State Dept be worried about “research materials” falling into Russian hands? It doesn’t sound like they were working on a cure for cancer, now does it?
