Everbody knows about this program. There is a important difference between bio-research and BIO-WEAPONS research. Currently there are only 4 labs in the US that do bio-weapons research. There are thousands of labs in the US that do bio-research.
Its a 1991 program to try to contain and convert to civilian research former Soviet Unions nuclear and bio-weapons program.

Lol, right you got me. Just trying to correct misunderstanding. Thousands of labs in the US are doing research with "dangerous pathogens". Four labs in the US are currently rated bio-safety level 4 and deal with bio-weapons research.
So the US taxpayers are funding these labs more than 30 years later? I understand your point about starting the labs in 1991 but what was going on at them in 2022?

You’re beating a dead horse. They like their theories, true or not. I’ve mentioned a couple times there are 4 level 4 bio-labs with 9 more in various stages of development, right here at home. Noone cares. They care about Ukraine because it helps the ‘plan’ narrative.
