Andrey Kozyrev laid out reasons why Putin may have misjudged his invasion of Ukraine. He says Putin overestimated Russia's military, not realizing its budget had been embezzled. Russia's invasion of Ukraine has stalled amid tough Ukrainian resistance. A former Russian foreign minister claimed that widespread corruption is among the reasons for the Russian military's apparently poor performance in the invasion of Ukraine.

Andrey Kozyrev, who served as foreign minister under President Boris Yeltsin in the 1990s, put forward what he said were misjudgments made by President Vladimir Putin in ordering the invasion.

In the thread, he claims Putin overestimated the Russian military, which he dedicated billions of dollars to modernizing. But this money, Kozyrev claimed, may have been lost to Russia's endemic corruption.

Apparently they used Play Now for their tire rubber, and Kruger Industrial Smoothing for their machining. It could get worse. I’ll bet they even got Dominicans to wrap their crepes!

This is what are seeing and it makes perfect sense. Criminals from the very top to the bottom, each ripping off the regime. Maybe Putin can take some of fhe 200 billion he looted from the Russian people and buy quality parts.

American propaganda outlets are horrible. I find them hard to listen to. The propaganda is scripted for five year Olds.

Now international propaganda outlets I like. They are more high intellect, less insulting in their propaganda.

The Russians always treated military like something they can use for personnel gain.
The soldiers were known to sell guns and ammo for vodka. The equipment was never kept well, the soldiers were starving because somebody stole their food!
Russian army was always pitiful, they relied on quantity, not quality.
Nas mnogo! “It is many of us,” was their war cry!

"Alright, here is another Mud & truck maintenance post. Look at the tires in the video immediately under the wheel hubs.

That is oil from the wheel hubs leaking onto those tires from the hub to the ground.

The seals on those wheel hubs have failed due to dry rot."

I read that the tires themselves were dry-rotted, and when they aired down to navigate the muddy roads, the flexing sidewalls blew out.

I don’t think any BMPs are suffering from dry-rotted tires.

Aren’t BMPs tracked vehicles?

Now we understand why military spec tires cost $6K each and commercial tires cost $200 each. A Navy toilet costs $12K each. That’s because it’s designed and tested to not become 1,000 projectiles when a torpedo hits the bulkhead or deck its bolted to.
