Biden Plans to Get Oil From These Countries, But There's One Missing

The price of oil has blown past $125 per barrel this morning as the Biden administration's climate change agenda continues to hamper progress on lowering costs.

Over the weekend a number of State Department diplomats were deployed to Venezuela in hopes of pulling off sanctions on the Maduro regime in order for the U.S. to tap back into the country's oil supply.

"Senior U.S. officials are traveling to Venezuela on Saturday to meet with the government of President Nicolás Maduro, according to people familiar with the matter, as the Biden administration steps up efforts to separate Russia from its remaining international allies amid a widening standoff over Ukraine," the New York Times reports. "The trip is the highest-level visit by Washington officials to Caracas, Venezuela’s capital, in years. The United States broke off diplomatic relations with Mr. Maduro and closed its embassy in Caracas in 2019, after accusing the authoritarian leader of electoral fraud. The Trump administration then tried to topple Mr. Maduro’s government by sanctioning Venezuelan oil exports and the country’s senior officials, and by recognizing the opposition leader, Juan Guaidó, as Venezuela’s lawful president."

Last week Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg said importing oil from Iran, the world's largest state sponsor of terror, was being considered.

SCOOP: Biden’s advisers are discussing a possible visit to Saudi Arabia this spring to help repair relations and convince the Kingdom to pump more oil, Axios has learned.https://t.co/pXnOoCldIi

Another great idea from the Biden Crime Family.

Let the USA be held hostage by the crazies in Venezuela, Iran, and Saudi Arabia for our incremental oil supply instead of removing the roadblocks the Biden Crime Family has put in place to curtail USA oil production.

Yup. Biden's plans are really great long term solutions.

Maybe Biden's next long term solution is to drain the Strategic Petroleum Reserve.

These delusional Biden leftists are first at the throat of the American oil industry and now they are licking the feet of people that wish to destroy us.

Iran has already said no, Venezuela is also likely to say no. That leaves the Saudis.

“Maybe Biden’s next long term solution is to drain the Strategic Petroleum Reserve”

Considering he’s tapped into it twice already I wouldn’t be surprised.

You can count on one thing...he will never reverse the XL pipeline closure.

The idea is to drive people to EVs at all cost.

They do love to punish those who disagree with them.

Producing oil in US, bad for the climate.

Producing oil in other countries to use here, good for the climate.

And let us also not forget the Biden Crime Family is at the throat of the American Coal Industry.

Nancy Pelosi rubs her knuckles every time she hears that another coal fired electrical power plant is shutdown.

If you want a visual reference to what these a holes want here, consider the scene in the Godfather where the mobster killer says, leave the gun take the cannoli. Up in the passenger side of the front windows was a ration stamp (A) for gasoline. The letter designated your allotment of gas and in this case, the insider mobster had the top allotment.

An intervention of mass proportion is required. Not only to intervene with the complete circus of leftist fools crashing the country, but to smack the idiots in congress that the bull$hittery good cop - bad cop two party game isn't gonna cut it come November. No more Beltway insulating games. No more money laundering state department. No more FBI surveillance on parents who see their children as their responsibility. Defund and disband agencies gone mad as leftist political attack dogs.

Get China out of our policy making structures. Get China out of our universities. They cultivate thinking and public policy meant to subjugate America to their plans.

We are also importing more Russian oil than ever as well right now,as Biden has said no to cutting that off, even as Congress and many in his own party demand it.

“We are also importing more Russian oil ...”

I hear that under Trump we became energy independent. What’s changed in a year? Are we actually still energy independent but are buying foreign oil because it’s cheaper?
