Putin will not withdraw his forces until he has installed his own lick spittle puppet, just like what China did in the USA. For this reason, I do not see Zelenskyy surviving this.

Many Ukraine supporters will howl in protest. They will say that any installed Ukraine puppet will immediately be assassinated. Putin will eventually wear them down. The Ukrainians will reluctantly accept the inevitable.

Hitler lost the war because he ran out of troops. The same will happen in Ukraine. Shortly thereafter, Putin will die in his sleep, knowing that he ruined Russia.

Such a resolution might involve Ukraine giving up some additional territory in the east permanently along with a written promise to never apply for NATO membership.
