Joe Biden on Tuesday delivered his first State of the Union address.

Biden’s speech was marred by mumbles, stumbles, teleprompter confusion and gaffes – as usual.

Then he delivered this gem…

“Putin may circle Kiev with tanks, but he’ll never gain the hearts and souls of the ‘Iranian’ people.”

I hate watching him but I hold my nose and slog through it because I want to keep track of his senile decay, and the mainstream media is not showing replays of Joe's speeches these days except for cherry-picked moments of lucidity.

He's reading aloud whatever they put on the teleprompter. When he loses the last vestiges of that ability, I want to know about it.
