Donald Trump holds a large lead of 52 points in a potential Republican primary, according to a Harvard/Harris poll released Sunday.

Polling at 63 percent, Trump leads his nearest potential competitor, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R), by 52 points. DeSantis polled at 11 percent with Trump in the potential 2024 field.

I am now and have ALWAYS been a supporter of PDJT.
Just because I voice awareness of the underhandedness the GOP is capable of to keep their rice bowls whole does not equate to “stupid talk”.

“In my opinion DeSantis would be a stronger candidate and a better President.”

He might be a better president, but not a stronger candidate. You have to win the presidency to be a president.

In my opinion DeSantis would be a stronger candidate and a better President.

Perhaps but I think he would stand down if President Trump wants to run again.

I’d like Trump to become House Speaker next January.

I'd rather see him back in the WH where he rightfully belongs but absent that, I'd love to see him as Speaker. If there is some ceremony involved in the instillation of a new Speaker, I'd tune in just to watch Nasty Polosi's reaction. She'd probably die on the spot.

Trump only got 59% in the CPAC straw poll. I don’t think anybody is standing down now.

Pelosi has enough money so if she croaks, she’d get reelected as a rebuilt anamatronic robot stuffed into her old bag of skin.

Somebody needs to tell HELLARY that it takes a real man with big balls like Trump to get those numbers.

Where most men have a pair, Trump has a trio. And they CLANG when he walks.

I believe any animosity between Trump and DeSantis is a hopeful creation of the media. The two are apparently meeting often and are working together. I think DeSantis should concentrate on Florida, and of course, his wife for the next few years. I think Trump knows a lot more now, of course, and can fix some of the problems that he discovered during his first term (mainly about who he can trust).

I agree. He is doing great for Florida and biden hates it. Seems Florida is the best state to live in right now.. Let Trump be President till 2028 and then have DeSantis run. I originally wanted him to run for Trumps VP. Then let him take over for 2 terms. But if he did then Florida will suffer for 4 years. Depending on who would take over.

2024 is too late. He’s needs to become speaker with a win in 2022 and dominate the headlines and take control of the house.

He can still run in 2024!

This would be a sane and rational way to proceed. From all accounts, Gov D and Trump are non-antagonistic and helping each other.

T3d Crvz was not helped by fighting DT. I really like that guy! He’s awesome. But it made him appear bad for trying to fight instead of help the clear front-runner. (Just my opinion.)

DeSantis has his priorities: Wife going thru Cancer is at the top-he won’t do anything national until she’s clear. Plus, they love him in Florida and we shouldn’t ask them to give him up until after his full 2nd term is done. Trump will carry the day in 2024 - you can take THAT to the Bank!
Meanwhile, we need to really be PRAYING hard for Leadership in the Republican party - NEW leaders as the old ones haven’t done JACK SQUAT for US!

“In my opinion DeSantis would be a stronger candidate and a better President.”

Trump/DeSantis in 2024, if for no other reason than Trump had his second term stolen. Trump proved once what he could do, and I have no doubt he’ll do it again. I’m all in for Trump, but if he doesn’t run I hope it’s DeSantis.
