President Joe Biden will give an "update on Russia and Ukraine" from the White House at 2 p.m. Eastern on Tuesday, the White House announced.

Well, Russia just rolled the Guards tanks into the Donbass. Problems is that the separatists only control half of the Donbass and the Ukraine military holds the other half.
I would expect the usual artillery duels and a possible escalation from invasion into war. Could be a battle in Donbass or Putin can use pretext to move into greater Ukraine. If he is smart he’ll keep it in Donbass. We will see how smart he is.

With all the inexperience, Trump understood full well what the place was. The anti-Trump campaign was practically spearheaded from Kiev, he only paid lip service to them for political reasons.
The shelling stopped yesterday. It is one thing to lie that you are fighting with the Russian army and the real thing is another.

So if Putin has his rockets or artillery fire on Ukrainians in the Donbass, you think they will not fire back?
First, the white flag is still a thing. It worked just great for Ukrainian regulars in Crimea.
Second, the shelling is mostly uniquely done by the Ukrainian forces whereas the opposite side is doing the counter-battery.
It is easily proven by the regularly posted maps of shelling by OSCE, wherein LDNR the population centers are getting hit and forests on the Ukrainian side. Data on casualties supports this conclusion because they are mostly women and children in LDNR and exclusively military in Ukraine.

There is no firm evidence to suggest that Ukraine has initiated the shelling. In fact, the illegal Prescence of Russians and Russian equipment is the initial salvo.
Now Russia has escalated to invasion.
Regardless of actions at this point, Biden has frucked it up again, taking his Sudetenland award.

No official source ever confirmed the presence of Russian forces in Donbas. It is a hoax disseminated by Poroshenko regime to explain the defeat in the battle of Ilovaysk in 2015.
The shelling is by both sides, but the targets and casualties reliably confirm who shoots first.
There is no benefit in it for the rebels. Ukraine needed it no claim no ceasefire to drag on Misnk agreements.
