The emergency is you let go of most of the nursing staff due to mandates and restricted people’s access to medical care. Kidney, heart, diabetes, cataracts, cochlear implants all sorts of things have not been attended to for two years.
Now the caca has hit the fan and emergency rooms are overloaded with patients who could not get care during the “emergency”. Okay, make it worse. (Just spent 10 hours alone in an ER room, no food, no water, no medicine, no IV as promised, no toilet, just got up and left, pulled monitors off setting off alarms, nobody came and told the nurses I had to go home to take the meds they would not give me, they just said “bye”. So I know; my doctor says she hears about this all the time)
Not Covid related, it’s a birth defect.
