Honestly, local party areas should not endorse anyone in primaries.
They should remain neutral for all on their tickets, or get them off before the primary.

Back when I was younger and more active in politics, I had a wise man tell me that the middle of the road was the most dangerous place in politics. You’d get run over by those going in either opposite direction.
